RollQuest — Refund Policy

1. General

Your satisfaction matters to us. If you experience issues with your subscription, please contact us and we'll do our best to resolve it.

All payments are processed by Paddle.com on behalf of Filfil OÜ.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

You may request a refund within 15 days of your initial purchase or renewal by emailing contact@rollquest.io.

Refunds are not available if:

  • You have accessed or used premium content included in your plan; or
  • The refund window (15 days) has passed.

Once a refund is issued:

  • Your paid plan will be downgraded to the Free Plan; and
  • Access to any paid features or storage will end.

3. How to Request a Refund

Please include:

  • Your account email;
  • Payment reference from Paddle; and
  • A brief explanation of the issue.

We typically respond within 5 business days.

4. Non-Refundable Items

  • Refunds are not available for expired subscriptions or payments made through third-party resellers not authorised by us.
  • Promotional or discounted plans may have different conditions stated at checkout.

5. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Refund Policy occasionally. The newest version will always be available on our website.
