Password, email and your data
Reset your password, download a copy of your data, or ask us to change your email or delete your account.
Your email address and password are how you sign in to RollQuest, and your data is everything you've made in it: games, character sheets, journal entries, uploads and the rest. Come here when you've forgotten your password, when you want your own copy of what you've made, for example to keep a finished campaign on your computer, or when you want to close your account.
Reset your password
- On the sign-in window, click Forgot password?.
- Type your email address and click Send Reset Email.
- Open the email and follow the link. Set New Password opens.
- Type a new password (at least 6 characters) and click Update Password.
There's no way to change your password while you're signed in: sign out and use Forgot password?.
If you sign in with Google or Discord, you don't have a RollQuest password. Manage your sign-in with Google or Discord.
Change your email address
You can't change it yourself yet. Contact us from the contact page and we'll change it for you.
Download your data
The download is a ZIP file (a single compressed folder) holding your profile, the games you created, your character sheets, chat messages, journal entries, maps, decks, purchase receipts and stickers, the packs you wrote, and the files you uploaded. It doesn't include RollQuest's own rules content or other players' data.
- Open your profile.
- Near the bottom, under Danger zone, click Download my data.
- We email you when it's ready. Download it from your profile within 7 days: the link there shows the date it expires.
You can ask for a download once every 30 days.
Delete your account
Contact us from the contact page to delete your account.
When an account is deleted, its games, character sheets, decks and uploads go. Purchases are kept on record, and any subscription is cancelled. There's a 14-day grace period, time in which the deletion can still be undone: sign in during it to restore the account.
