Why We Built RollQuest

RollQuest started with a simple frustration: running a game online was harder than it needed to be. The tools were clunky, the good features sat behind paywalls, and half of them felt built a decade ago. We're lifelong players, Game Masters, and worldbuilders who wanted something better, so we started building it.

RollQuest is a virtual tabletop made to feel like sitting around a real table. It runs in your browser, sets up in minutes, and handles the busywork — character sheets that do the maths, dice with real physics, fog of war, lighting, and audio — so you stay in the story. Run a high-stakes D&D campaign, a gritty indie system, or your own homebrew world. The tools get out of your way.

We're on a quest of our own: building this with the community. RollQuest is in beta, evolving fast, and we're listening closely. Players, creators, and storytellers are shaping what it becomes, and there's room for you in that.
