RollQuest — Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using any part of the RollQuest virtual tabletop ("Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, you must stop using RollQuest.

We may update these Terms periodically. The latest version will always appear on our website. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.

2. Description of Service

RollQuest is an online platform that allows users to host and play tabletop role-playing games in a virtual environment.

Current Plans:

All paid plans include a 7-day free trial.

Subscriptions renew automatically (monthly or annually) until cancelled.

We may adjust features or pricing; changes apply on the next billing cycle after notice.

3. Accounts and Eligibility

• You must be 16 years or older to use RollQuest.
• You are responsible for maintaining your login credentials and all activity on your account.
• You agree to provide accurate information and not share your password.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law.

4. Payments and Billing

Payments are processed securely through Paddle.com, our authorised reseller and payment processor.

You may cancel any time through your account. Cancellation stops future billing but does not automatically trigger a refund (see our Refund Policy).

5. User-Generated Content

You may upload your own maps, tokens, or materials for personal gameplay.

You retain full ownership of your uploaded content.

By uploading, you automatically grant RollQuest a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive licence to host, display, and use the content within the platform and for promotional purposes.

By uploading, you confirm that:

• You own or have the rights to use this content; and
• It does not infringe any third-party rights.

You are solely responsible for your uploads and any consequences arising from them.

6. RollQuest Content and Intellectual Property

All RollQuest assets, design, code, and documentation are the property of Filfil OÜ and its licensors.

You may use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

You may not:

• Copy, resell, distribute, or commercially exploit RollQuest content;
• Reverse-engineer or modify the platform; or
• Use RollQuest's brand or materials outside the platform without permission.

7. Acceptable Use and Conduct

You agree not to:

• Harass, threaten, or discriminate against others;
• Post or share obscene, hateful, or illegal material;
• Impersonate others or misrepresent affiliation with RollQuest; or
• Attempt to disrupt or damage the Service.

We reserve the right to remove content or suspend users who violate these rules.

8. Termination

You may stop using RollQuest at any time.

We may suspend or terminate accounts for breaches of these Terms or misuse of the platform.

Termination does not release you from obligations already incurred (e.g., unpaid fees).

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

RollQuest is provided "as is."

We make no warranties that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free or that it will meet your expectations.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Filfil OÜ and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of RollQuest.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Estonia.

Any disputes will be handled by the competent courts of Tallinn, Estonia.
