Mark a token as poisoned, prone or restrained, and everyone sees a badge on it. Give a condition a duration and it counts down by itself.

For: Game Masters and players · Plan: Free · 1 minute

Add a condition (GM)

  1. Right-click the token and choose Conditions (or use the token's menu in the battle tracker).

  2. On the Conditions tab, tick the condition.

  3. To make it wear off, type a duration: rounds, or minutes, hours and days when the world clock is on. Leave it blank to keep it until you remove it.

  4. Click Save.

Conditions from the token menu: tick Poisoned, Prone and Stunned, then Save. Each gets a badge on the token.

To remove one, untick it and click Save.

Only the GM can add and remove conditions. Players' own states, such as concentration, come from their character sheet.

What everyone sees

A small badge for each condition sits at the top right of the token, and everyone sees them, on enemies too. Hover over a badge for its name and how long is left. A dot counts the time down, from green to amber to red.

A creature that drops to 0 hit points gets Unconscious by itself.
