Your sheet at the table
Your character sheet is also your dice. Click a skill, a saving throw, an ability or an attack to roll it, and the result lands in chat for the table.
Open your sheet
- Click Character Sheets on the tool rail, open In Game, and click your character.
- Or right-click your token and choose Open Character Sheet.
On a phone the sheet fills the screen.
Roll from the sheet
Click a skill, a saving throw, an ability or an attack. It rolls straight away with your bonuses added, and the result appears in chat.
Roll with options
Right-click the thing you want to roll (long-press on a phone) to choose how it rolls:
- Flat, Advantage or Disadvantage.
- Situational modifier: a bonus or penalty for this roll only.
- Bless or Bane.
- Critical hit (attacks only): doubles the damage dice.
- Public, GM only or Self: who sees the result.
Then click Roll. There's no Shift-click shortcut for advantage: use these options.
What lands in chat
Each roll posts a card with what you rolled, the formula, the damage type for a damage roll, and the total in large type. With advantage or disadvantage, the card shows both sets of dice and which one was kept. A roll made with Critical hit carries a crit badge.
Rolls you send as GM only go to you and the Game Master (GM). Self shows the result to you alone. See Secret rolls.
Form and Canvas
A sheet has two views. The Form View is the standard layout and works everywhere. The Canvas view shows a designed sheet, when your sheet has one, on a computer. In the Form View, Canvas view at the top of the sheet switches to it, and Form View switches back. Phones always show the Form View.
