Playing on a phone
You can play your character from an Android phone: your sheet, your rolls and chat all work with your thumb. Running a game needs a computer.
Note: RollQuest doesn't work on an iPhone or iPad yet, in any browser. On Android, use Chrome. See Browsers and devices.
Your sheet comes first
When you open a game on a phone, your character sheet fills the screen. Its pages are tabs along the bottom.
- Tap a skill, save or attack to roll it. Press and hold for the roll options (advantage, a situational modifier, who sees it).
- Close sheet shows the board. The round Open character sheet button brings the sheet back.
- Toggle 3D dice at the top turns the dice animation off, so you just see the result.
The board
- Pinch to zoom, and drag with two fingers to move around.
- Drag your token to move it. See Moving your token.
- The tools that sit on the rail on a computer are in the menu (three lines, top left).
Chat and dice
Rolling from your sheet is the quickest way on a phone. Chat, like the other tools from the rail, is in the menu under Your tools. See Chat.
