Your gear and your coins live on the sheet's Items tab. Open a weapon to roll its attack and damage.

For: Game Masters and players · Plan: Free · 2 minutes

Where things are

  • Items tab: Coins at the top, then Inventory, split into Weapons and Items.
  • Main tab: Combat lists your weapons, and Encumbrance shows how much you're carrying.

Attack with a weapon

  1. Click the weapon to open it. It shows its damage (such as 1d8 slashing), properties and weight.
  2. Click Attack to roll to hit.
  3. Click Damage to roll damage. A versatile weapon also has Damage (Two-Handed).

On a natural 20, your next Damage roll doubles its dice.

A thrown weapon has Throw, which uses one up. Pick them up again with + on the weapon's count.

Equipped shows a weapon or piece of gear is in use, and Active that an item is switched on.

Money

The Coins block has a box for each coin, cp, sp, ep, gp and pp, with − and +. The total shows underneath, such as 12 gp 5 sp. RollQuest doesn't change coins into each other for you.

Carrying weight

Encumbrance shows what you carry against what you can carry, in pounds. What's carrying weight breaks it down, coins included (50 coins weigh a pound).

Past five times your Strength you're Encumbered, and past ten times Heavily Encumbered. Those slow you down only if your Game Master (GM) turns on Enforce encumbrance in Game settings.

Add gear

Weapons and starting equipment come from the character builder. See Create a character.

Plan: adding weapons and items straight from the sheet (+ From pack, + Custom Weapon, + Custom Item) is on Pro.

RollQuest doesn't have bags or containers yet: everything sits in one inventory.
